Chapter Manager Agreement

Upon appointment as an AIA Chapter Manager of Adult Industry Association, the subscriber (Chapter Manager) and Adult Industry Association (The Associationhereby agree to enter into this agreement to establish a chapter of The Association in country of ___(Country)___, according to the terms and conditions herein contained.

Whereas it is agreed that;

The Chapter Manager:

  1. Shall accept the appointment as Chapter Manager of The Association on an independent contractual basis, according to the guidelines set forth by The Association.
  2. Shall promote The Association to professionals, business owners and consumers in the sex, adult entertainment and related industries to become members of The Association.
  3. To handle all online communications with members of The Association.
  4. Shall be allowed to determine their own work schedule.
  5. Sign up as a member of The Association.
  6. Shall publish a photo of their true likeness in their AIA profile.
  7. Shall print their own AIA business cards according to the layout set out by management.
  8. Shall maintain a minimum of 100 new Basic Members or Premium Members per month, in their assigned AIA Chapter
  9. Shall attend online training and networking sessions each week, which are held by The Association.
  10. Shall not commit any act, intentionally or unintentionally, which in any way undermines the credibility or viability of The Association.
  11. Shall not accept any responsibility or liability for any of the actions of The Association.
  12. Shall reserve the right to terminate this partnership at any time with written notice to The Association.
  13. Shall accept that the terms of this agreement are legal and binding.

The Association:

  1. Shall provide all necessary training, technical and promotion support to the Chapter Manager.
  2. Shall pay the Chapter Manager a commission of 20% from all revenue generated from Membership Fees in their assigned chapter.
  3. Shall pay all commissions due to the Chapter Manager on the 15th and 28th day of each month.
  4. Shall not accept any responsibility or liability for any actions of the Chapter Manager, which are not directly related to the duties of the Chapter Manager.
  5. Shall reserve the right to terminate this agreement without prejudice at any time with 7 days written notice to the Chapter Manager, in the event that the Chapter Manager does not adhere to any of the terms of this agreement or fails to achieve the expected productivity targets set by The Association.
  6. Shall reserve the right to make amendments to this agreement and to the operating guidelines at any time with written notice to the Chapter Manager.
  7. Shall accept that the terms of this agreement are legal and binding.
