Adult Industry Association is the brainchild of Charlie Spice, who has been involved in various areas of the adult entertainment industry for over 30 years, in the US, UK, Europe and the Caribbean.

Charlie is responsible for the development, implementation and management of all operational strategies of the association.

As a serial entrepreneur he also owns and operates businesses in the Technology, Entertainment, Tourism and Hospitality sectors.

Charlie is also a guest lecturer at the Cave Hill Campus, University Of The West Indies. He lectures to students in the faculty of Tourism Management and Social Studies on the impact of global sex trade on tourism and other areas of economy.

He has been an Attorney for 25 years, specialising in corporate law and was appointed Queens Counsel in 2018.

Olivia is the head of the non-profit organisation,  Caribbean Anti-Human Trafficking Project. She is also the Anti Sex/Human Trafficking expert on the management team of Adult Industry Association

She is an experienced manager with a demonstrated history of working in the international affairs industry. Skilled in Public Speaking, International Relations, Policy Analysis, Customer Service, Research and Anti Human Trafficking. Strong professional with a Doctor of Political Science focused in Political Science and Migration from the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus.

Terry Stephens is a long serving member of the UK adult industry as a producer who has worked with many performers and produced content for the online and sell through distribution retail markets and dealt with the BBFC and is well versed in compliance where law is concerned in the UK.

He is also one of the main founders of UK Adult Producers association who played an active part in discussions with the home office and Internet Safety during the first wave of ATVOD and Age Verification before it closed in 2018
