AIA Live delivers industry news, reviews, and exclusive interviews with professionals across the global sex and adult entertainment industry.

Responsibilities

As an AIA Live Host, you will:

1. Plan, schedule and host Business Promo Interviews on AIA Live.
   
   
2. Promote AIA Live to adult industry professionals and business owners, encouraging them to participate as guests.
   
   
3. Research each guest’s profile (personal, professional, and business) to prepare thoughtful interview questions.
   
   
4. Promote AIA Live episodes you host across your social media platforms.
   
   

Each interview lasts 15 minutes, and you may host as many interviews per month as your schedule allows.

Qualifications

• Media personality, public speaker, or confident communicator.
  
  
• Internet savvy and computer literate.
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Experience in the adult industry is an asset (but not mandatory).
  
  
• Experience hosting livestreams or talk shows is an asset (but not mandatory).
  
  
• Fluency in English (in addition to your native language).
  

Requirements

• Reliable internet access.
  
  
• Laptop or desktop computer.
  
  
• Smartphone with WhatsApp.
  
  
• Active social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) for promoting your episodes.
  
  
• Ability to receive payments from management.
  

Training & Support

• Weekly online meetings for training, updates, and networking with other hosts and AIA management.
  
  
• No technical expertise required — full support provided.
