This online agreement is between BPMS Inc trading as Charlie Spice Experience (The Company), located at Villa Dawn, Porters, St James, Barbados BB24033 and all persons who signed up on the website of the Company at http://charliespice.com to join the team of Charlie Spice Agents (Agent/Agents).
Whereas it is agreed that the Charlie Spice Agent:
- Shall promote the products, services and activities of the Company online to individuals worldwide to become clients of the Company.
- Shall promote the products, services and activities of the Company online to top Fashion Models, Glamour Models, Escorts, Strippers and other elite adult professionals worldwide to join the network as adult service providers of the clients of the Company.
- Shall sign up a minimum of 25 new Charlie Spice Clients per month.
- Shall sign up a minimum of 25 new Charlie Spice Angels per month.
- Shall sign up a minimum of 25 new Charlie Spice Hunks per month.
- Shall manage all booking requests received from clients they referred to the Charlie Spice Experience.
- Shall not engage in any business either alone or in partnership with anyone that n any way competes directly with the services of the Company during the term of this agreement or for 1 year after its termination.
- Shall promote the services, products and activities of the Company in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Company.
- Shall not disclose the identity of any clients of the Company to any third parties at anytime during the term of this agreement or after its termination.
- Shall not disclose any details of any booking transactions made by members/clients of the Company to any third parties at anytime during the term of this agreement or after its termination.
- Shall operate as an independent contractor of the Company.
- Shall not have any legal or financial responsibility or liability for any of the products, services or activities of the Company.
- Shall have the right to terminate this agreement at any time with written notice to the Company.
The Company:
- Shall publish the contact details of the Agent on the website of the Company.
- Shall pay the Agent a commission of 40% of the booking deposit made by client referred by the Agent.
- Shall pay all commission due to the Agent on a weekly basis.
- Shall create a network group on the website for the Agent.
- Shall be responsible for providing all web and technical support to the Agent.
- Shall have the right to terminate this agreement at any time with written notice to the Agent.
- Shall have the right to amend this agreement at any time with written notice to the Agent.
This online agreement is effective according the laws of the country of Barbados upon submission of the registration form by the Charlie Spice Agent.
