1. Charlie Spice Angels must be 18-30
2. All Charlie Spice Angels must work as independent adult professionals
3. Charlie Spice Angles can visit the Caribbean for 1 - 12 weeks
4. The management of Charlie Spice Experience is not responsible for the services or actions of the Charlie Spice Angels.

WORK SCHEDULE

1. There is no work schedule
2. Charlie Spice Angels are independent and can accept bookings work whenever they wish.
3. Charlie Spice Angels can come to Caribbean for holiday only.

PRIVATE BOOKINGS

1. Charlie Spice Angels can accept private bookings from from their previous clients who are not members of the Charlie Spice Experience.
2. Charlie Spice Angels are not required to share money made from their private bookings with management.
3. Charlie Spice Angels are required to notify management of all private bookings, to avoid misunderstanding.

AIRLINE TICKETS (Foreign Ladies)

1. Charlie Spice Angels are required to buy their own tickets to the Caribbean.
2. In the event that a foreign Charlie Spice Angel is selected for a booking in the Caribbean, the members pays for the ticket and other travel expenses.

AIRLINE TICKETS (Travel to other islands)

1. In the event that a Charlie Spice Angels has to fly to other islands for bookings, the members pay for the tickets and other travel expenses.

ACCOMMODATION (Foreign Ladies)

1. Management will assist in finding affordable accommodation for foreign Charlie Spice Angels.

RATES/PAYMENT

1. Charlie Spice Angel make $200 - $20,000 per booking, depending on the type o package and requirements.
2. Management will negotiate the rates with each Charlie Spice Angel on a booking by bookings basis.
3. All money due to the Charlie Spice Angel is paid before booking begins

RIGHTS

1. Charlie Spice Angels reserve the right to accept or refuse any bookings for any reason.
2. Charlie Spice Angels can terminate their partnership with the Charlie Spice Experience at any time. 
   
   All outstanding debts to the management must be settled immediately upon termination

TIPS

1. Charlie Spice Angels keep all tips received from clients.

DRESS CODE / BEHAVIOUR

1. Charlie Spice Angels must be dressed elegantly at all times.
2. Charlie Spice Angels must exhibit a professional and courteous attitude and behaviour at all times.

PRIVACY

1. Charlie Spice Angels must not give their local address, telephone numbers or other contact details to members/clients
2. All communication about booking with members must be done via the management

PENALTY

1. Charlie Spice Angels who do not adhere to these rules, terms and conditions will be removed immediately for the Charlie Spice network

AMENDMENTS 

1. Management reserves the right to make any amendments to these terms at any time.
