Subject: Complaint Of Breach Of Contract Against Flamingo Resort & Spa

Dear Mr Bondanza,

The management of Adult Industry Association (AIA) received an official complaint about Flamingo Resort & Spa, from one of its members, Ms. Danielle Divine.

The details of the complaint and the preponderance of supporting documentation provided by Ms Divine were carefully reviewed without prejudice by our Legal Counsel and our Complaints Committee, and it is our determination that Flamingo Resort & Spa in breach of contract.

The evidence clearly shows that the management of Flamingo Resort & Spa took payment for this event booking and then cancelled without good cause.

At this point, we kindly request that Flamingo Resort & Spa refunds Ms Divine the total of USD 5,000 which was paid towards the booking of your venue for her event.

Failure to refund Ms. Divine within 7 days of receipt of this correspondence, will result in civil action against Flamingo Resort & Spa by Ms. Divine to claim for loss of earnings from the event, reputational damage, loss of credibility and other damages.

As a member of our association, Ms. Divine will be given full support from AIA to empower her to take legal action against your organisation in this matter. If it is

deemed necessary by our team, we will also use our international media and press resources to inform the millions of users on social media about the details of this conflict, to seek public opinion.

If you would like to discuss this matter with our Complaints Committee, we would be happy to set up a conference call. Please be advised that Ms Divine will be invited to participate.

We will also be featuring a discussion about this complaint on the pilot episode of AIA Live talk show on the 18th Jan 2020. The management of Flamingo Resort & Spa is welcome to participate in the discussion. Please find information about AIA Live on our website at https://adultindustryassociation.org/live.
