The management of Adult Industry Association (AIA) is recruiting a team of independent Event Managers worldwide to organise masquerade parties at top Strip Clubs, Gentlemen's Clubs and Swingers Clubs in a major cities and destinations worldwide.

The is part of the global promotion strategy to launch our new adult industry association.

Each launch event will last 2-4 hours and will be hosted by a celebrity Porn Performer, Webcam Performer, Stripper or other type of adult entertainer. The guest list will consist of Adult industry Professionals, Business Owners, Executives and Consumers. The regular club patrons will naturally be welcome to attend under normal admission terms.

Related companies in the local and international markets will be given the opportunity to become sponsors of the launch promotion, and the media/press will be invited to cover each event.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of each Event Manager are as follows:

1. To invite Strip Clubs, Gentlemen's Clubs and Swingers Clubs worldwide to participate in the AIA launch promotion.
2. To coordinate the AIA launch parties with the management of our club partners.
3. To recruit 1 celebrity adult entertainer to host/headline each AIA launch party.
4. To recruit 1-2 promotion hostesses to promote AIA and launch 
5. To invite media/press to cover the event.
6. To negotiate terms and conditions with event partners and sponsors.
7. To attend launch events organised by them where possible

AIA management will pay all costs of staging each launch event. We will also assist Event Managers in recruiting celebrity adult entertainers and securing sponsorship.

INCOME/REVENUE SHARE
As our Event Manager you are expected to earn USD 500 -  USD 2,500 per event, according to the schedule below:

1. 80% of the net revenue from sponsorship of launch parties coordinated by you. Net revenue refers to the funds remaining after banners and flyers and other launch promotion materials/expenses are paid for. This will be paid to Event Manager within 24 hours of receipt of funds from sponsors.
2. 80% of revenues from Premium Memberships paid for by members referred by the launch promotion coordinated by you. Members pay upgrade fee directly to Event Managers who are also Membership Agents. For more details, click here>>
