INVESTMENT OPTIONS
The suggested investment options are as follows:
OPTION 1
The investor(s) will provide the funding to acquire and retain ownership of the properties. The investor(s) will then enter into a leaseback agreement with the management of Charlie Spice Experience for 5-7 years.
OPTION 2
The investors will provide the funding for management of Charlie Spice Experience to acquire and own each properties. The ideal investment term is 5-7 years.
Both options will offer the investor a minimum of 20% ROI per annum.
We are open to discussing other scenarios.
The investment budget per property is USD $5M - USD $10M. The initial target islands are Barbados, St. Barts, St Lucia, Antigua and BVI.
Please be advised that the investor(s) will have no involvement, responsibility or liability for the operations of the Charlie Spice Experience.
