The management of Adult Industry Association (AIA) is looking for a suitably qualified person to become Manager of our new AIA Discount Card Program.

RESPONSIBILITY
The responsibilities of the AIA Discount Program Manager are:

1. To promote our AIA Discount Program to professionals and business owners in the sex and adult entertainment industry to become Discount Partners.
2. To promote our AIA Discount Program to consumers, professionals and business owners in the sex and adult entertainment industry to become AIA Card Holders.
3. To establish and manage relationships with Card Holders and Discount Partners worldwide.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Sound knowledge and understanding of the adult entertainment industry.
2. Previous experience in the adult entertainment industry is an asset but not mandatory.
3. Social media marketing skills.
4. Great communication skills.
5. Sound knowledge and understanding of the AIA objectives and strategies.
6. Entrepreneurial mindset.
7. Strong administrative skills.
8. Strong organisational skills.
9. Must be a self-starter.
10. Must be dedicated, focused and ambitious.

Online training and other assistance required will be provided by management.

REQUIREMENTS

4. AIA business cards
5. PayPal, Payoneer or Western Union Account

The AIA Discount Program Manager must be a registered member of Adult Industry Association.

REMUNERATION/COMMISSION
The AIA Discount Program Manager is offered a revenue share as follows.

1. 20% commission from all revenue generated from AIA Membership/Discount Card sales.
2. 20% commission from all revenue generated from sponsors of AIA Membership/Discount Cards

All money due to AIA Discount Program Manager is paid out on a weekly basis.
