- No work contract required.
- Charlie Spice Angels must be 18-30
- All Charlie Spice Angels must work as independent adult professionals.
- The management is not legally responsible or liable for the services or actions of the Charlie Spice Angels.
- Charlie Spice Angels are required to work at the Charlie Spice Lounge (Barbados) for a minimum of 4 weeks. The maximum work period is 12 weeks.
- Charlie Spice Angles must pay for their own airline ticket to Barbados.
- Management provides free accommodation to Charlie Spice Angels in apartments and villas.
- Charlie Spice Angels must work a minimum of 5 days per week.
- Charlie Spice Angels must work from 9.00 pm - 3.00 am.
- Charlie Spice Angels who leave work before closing time must pay a penalty of USD $50. The cut off period is 3.00 am
- Charlie Spice Angels who do not report to work according to the schedule must pay a penalty of USD $50.
- Charlie Spice Angels are not required to pay a fee to work at the Charlie Spice Lounge.
- Charlie Spice Angels must pay house fees to use the private dance room the Charlie Spice Lounge. See fees below.
- Charlie Spice Angels must charge the client the rates below for private dances.
- Charlie Spice Angels must not engage in any sexual activity in the private dance room.
- Charlie Spice Angels reserve the right to accept or refuse any bookings for any reason
- Charlie Spice Angels keep 100% of all tips received from clients.
- Charlie Spice Angels must NOT insist that guests give them tips or drinks.
- Charlie Spice Angels must exhibit a professional and courteous attitude and behaviour at all times.
- Charlie Spice Angels must not give their local address, telephone numbers or other contact details to members/clients.
- Charlie Spice Angels who do not adhere to these rules, terms and conditions will be removed for the Charlie Spice team.
- All Charlie Spice Angels are required to add their profile details and photos to the website of the Charlie Spice Experience.
- Charlie Spice Angels can terminate their partnership with the Charlie Spice Lounge at any time.
- There terms and condition can be changed by management, at any time.
